This prize draw (the “Competition”) is run by Rocket Software Ltd, a company registered in the Isle of Man (company number 136537C) with its registered office at 9 Auldyn Walk, Ramsey, Isle of Man, IM8 2TN (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”).

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
No purchase is necessaryand entry is free. To enter, submit a valid email address via the entry form on our website at rocketlearning.uk/win (or via the “Win an iPad” form on our homepage). You may also be asked for a first name and whether you are a parent or home educator; this helps us tailor what we send you and does not affect your chance of winning.
One entry per person. Entries made on behalf of another person, or submitted in bulk or by automated means, will be disqualified. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these terms.
Bonus Facebook entry. Where offered, liking and sharing the associated post on our Facebook page may count as an additional entry. This bonus mechanism is optional and is not a condition of entry. See clause 11 regarding Facebook/Meta.
The Competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is £528. The exact colour and configuration of the iPad are at the Promoter's discretion. The subscription element is provided as an account credit and has no cash value.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by an independent process shortly after the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email (to the address used to enter) by 3 August 2026. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance and provide a UK or Isle of Man delivery address within 14 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner's confirmed delivery address within 30 days of the address being provided, at no cost to the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the courier once dispatched.
The personal data you provide when entering is collected by the Promoter and used to administer the Competition and to contact you about it.
By entering, you agree to be added to the Rocket Learning mailing list and to receive marketing emails about Rocket Learning, including competition updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and entering or unsubscribing has no effect on your chance of winning. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity. We may publish the winner's first name and county/region to demonstrate that a valid award took place. If you would prefer this information not to be published, please tell us when you claim the prize and we will provide it confidentially to anyone who requests proof of the winner instead.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant taking part in the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Meta, and you release Meta from any and all liability arising from or connected with the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition, where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be posted on this page.
The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
